(1) According to rule 4, the licensee shall pay daily Ne.Rs. The rate of 50.- should be returned. But–
(a) For the purpose of cultural upliftment, no refund will be given for the play which is shown without ticketing or to be collected in the fund for the purpose of public organization or social work. (b) Daily Ne.Rs. 25.- will be reinstated only.
(c) 50% of the sum of money to be paid according to sub-rule (1) must be paid before obtaining the license and the remaining money must be paid within seven days after the performance of the play.
